Mikhail Dyagilev graduated from Norilsk Industrial Institute, from the Faculty of Technology in 1995.
The first decade of his career, from studying at a higher technical institution with an industrial internship system, was dedicated to work at the subdivisions of MMC “Norilsk Nickel” in Norilsk, Moscow and on the Kola Peninsula. Over his last few years at the company, he worked as Director for Economics and Finance at the Severonickel Refining Plant and as Chief Accountant of the Kola Mining and Metallurgical Company.
From 2002 to 2003, Mikhail was First Deputy Director General at Krasny Vyborzhets Metallurgical Plant (St. Petersburg) and the Head of the Economy and Planning Department at FSUE “Rosspirtprom” (Moscow).
In 2004, he commenced work at Krastsvetmet. As First Deputy Director General, he worked on economics, finance, marketing, the supply of materials and machinery, the management of investment projects and non-core activities. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors since 2007. In 2011 and 2016, the Board of Directors elected Mikhail Dyagilev as the General Director of “Krastsvetmet”.
