Intelligent process control system (ISAUTP) for concentrating plants using video analytics systems
ISAUTP for concentrating plants at the pace of the process generates parameters for the optimal setting of equipment operating modes, which are automatically transferred to the process control system
Contains process simulation model and real-time adaptive parameter setting
The main difference from previously implemented systems is that ISAUTP is supplemented with a video analytics module that recognizes the quality of the foam product and controls the flotation process based on machine vision.
